We provide a range of online services to our clients ranging from a passive online financial reporter through to full hosting of either Sage, Quickbooks or Myob Accounting Systems, enabling you to select the components that are most appropriate to your business.
Online Reporter. For customers who outsource their bookkeeping and accounting services to us, we provide our online financial reporting system free of charge. This financial reporter allows viewing, downloading and printing of detailed management reports online via a browser from anywhere that is internet enabled.
Our software from your place. This service enables our staff to visit your office and run our accounting software resource remotely. We can answer all the difficult questions and produce the complicated reports at your office, and perform all the administrative tasks and data input back at our office. This facility saves you the cost of financial software and managing dedicated machine/workstations in-house and is perfect for all you Mac-users!
Online Accounting. We can provide Sage Online as a service through to full hosting of your own accounting software. This is a granular service which allows you to choose the level of involvement that works for you. For example a number of our clients prefer to raise invoices and process payments but leave the bank reconciliations and Vat returns for us to perform. Others wish to set up projects and raise purchase orders and we manage everything else.
Extranet Service. For our larger clients we also provide access to our Extranet where we can share resources and collaborate virtually using our knowledge base, email, diary functions & instant messaging.
